BLUESTONE’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ‘The company’ herein will be Bluestone Cleaning Ltd, its officials or its successors. Bluestone Junk is a division of Bluestone Cleaning Ltd.

2. ‘The client’ herein will be the client or a representative of the client.

3. ‘The location’ herein will be the area/property required to be worked in for the client.

4. The agreement means the contract between the client and the company detailing the work, required charges and the times to do the agreed work.

5. The charges are those specified in the companies price guide at the time the agreement is received by the company or as otherwise notified by the company to the client.

6. It is the client responsibility to ensure that we have access to the location specified in the agreement to start the work at the agreed time. For contract work charges will stay the same as the agreed amount if the clean is not completed as a result of this. For one off jobs in the City of Edinburgh postcodes EH1 up to and including EH17, EH28, EH29, EH30 the client is liable for a failed access charge of £25.00 + vat. For one off jobs for all other Edinburgh EH postcode locations/jobs the client is liable for a failed access charge of £50 +vat. For Job/locations outside the Edinburgh EH postcode range the client will be liable for a failed access charge as specified in the agreement.

7. The company shall carry out all works according to the specified agreement provided by the company to the client. Any additional works requested are liable to further charges at the discretion of the company.

8. The company shall ensure that Public Liability cover of £2 million is in effect at all times.

9. The company shall ensure that all employees are reference checked and have received suitable training

10. The company shall ensure that adequate supervision is provided for its staff and that the general conduct is in keeping with the clients own procedures.

11. All correspondence from the company referring to the agreement shall be deemed to form part of the agreement, contract or undertaking by the company.

12. The company reserves the right to suspend services should the client fail to keep the terms of the contract and payment. This in no way shall jeopardise the company’s contract or agreement with the client and shall not incur liability of any kind.

13. The company may amend these terms and conditions and a revised version will be updated on the website.


BLUESTONE’S PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the Date Protection act 1998 Bluestone does not share a client’s information with other people or companies.

We have rules for protecting a client’s personal information to prevent unauthorized people accessing information.

When a clients uses Bluestone’s services; all telephone numbers, a name, addresses and an email address is required.

By using the services of Bluestone the client is agreeing to the collecting, storing and processing of personal information by Bluestone.

This privacy policy only applies to Bluestone Cleaning and Bluestone Junk.
