On the day the Bluestone Junk Manager will give you a call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival to let you know they are on their way.

Before the work starts the Junk Manager will give you the estimate (if no prior on site estimate provided).

Only if you are happy with the cost will we proceed with the job.

We do all the loading and removing so you can just sit back and relax!

Once we have loaded all your junk into the Bluestone Junk truck the team will do a thorough sweep up of the area.

To ensure that you are completely happy with all the work we require you to check the work, sign the job off and pay on the day.

It is very important for us at bluestone to get feedback and to make sure that you are happy with the work carried out. We will call you back after all the work has been done. All feedback is welcomed.
